Why not provide upgrade facility on website?

I am wondering if Novii might give consideration to including a facility on the website to make it easier and more straightforward to upgrade. I have seen this on other software sites and should imagine that this would save staff a lot of effort in answering enquiries.

Appropriate payments could be set up together with input boxes where users can include their original version and registration details.

I would also suggest that a clear arrangement be outlined for all to see on the site, where those purchasing or upgrading within an immidiate period to a new numbered edition qualifies for either a free upgrade or very low upgrade fee.

If you ordered NoviiRemote Deluxe, you need not any help from Novii's side to get an upgrade. Just download the freshest version here:

www.novii.tv/palm/deluxe

and install it above the previous version. That's all.

Note. The registration pdb file you got when ordering software will work with a new version too.
